Things to Know

• Location: The Lodge at Gulf State Park, a Hilton hotel (NOTE: you must first register for the Conference before booking a room at the Lodge.)
• Early Bird: The Summer Law Clinic will be Thursday, June 15 from 1 - 5 p.m. Lunch is included.
  
• Morning & Afternoon Schedule Tracks: Friday and Saturday will feature two schedule tracks for attendees -- a morning track (breakfast is included) and an afternoon track (lunch is included). Both tracks feature the same speakers and session topics. Attendees will register for and attend ONE of the two schedule tracks. For example, if you select the morning track, you will attend the Friday and Saturday morning sessions only.
• Bonus Sunday Program (optional): This session is open to all in-person attendees. Join us for an inspiring message featuring former All-American University of Alabama football player, retired NFL player and current Tampa Bay Buccaneers Defensive Assistant Rashad Johnson. Breakfast is included. 
• Exhibit Showcase: Be sure to take time to visit with the vendors participating in the AASB Exhibit Showcase. You'll learn more about a variety of products and services available to help your school systems operate more efficiently. Plus, you'll have an opportunity to win exciting prize drawings and giveaways.

Summer Conference Cancellation Policy:

• There will be a $75 fee for any conference cancellation. 
• Cancellations and refunds for registration will be accepted until June 8, 2023. 
• Registration cancellations received on or after June 9, 2023 will not be refunded.
• No-shows will not receive a refund.

• A $20 late fee will be added to all registrations after June 9, 2023, and on-site registrations.

Deposits: A prepaid deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is automatically charged to the card on file 21 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival, all monies will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled 21 or fewer days prior to arrival, the grand total of booking (rent, fees, and taxes) will be forfeited. There are no refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
