AASB's Roles & Responsibilities Orientation course provides an overview of education law, ethics, finance, effective board meetings, board member expectations and other key topics.

With the increasing demand for excellence and fiscal accountability in public education, the responsibilities of school boards are numerous and critical to a school system's success. Roles & Responsibilities, part one of AASB's two-part orientation, provides an overview of education law, ethics, finance, effective board meetings, board member expectations and other key topics.

School board members: $140

Superintendents: $115


New Board Member Orientations will take place off-site this year at the Embassy Suites Montgomery.
