Join us March 11 and 12 at The Westin Huntsville for AASB's Spring Academy Core Conference, Leadership for Financial Accountability (6 training hours). Go beyond the basics of finance and learn strategies for passing tax referenda, understanding school accounting and aligning the school system’s finances with its mission in ways that help raise student achievement. This session will offer crucial guidance for managing difficult meetings, public comment periods and responding to misinformation, as well as key insights about some of the organized groups behind planned efforts to disrupt meetings. (Earn 2 training hours)
