Post-Conference Talk & Tour (3 training hours)

Extend your learning even further on Oct. 7 from noon to 3 p.m. by attending the Post-Conference Talk & Tour, a powerful experience that will include a visit to the Equal Justice Initiative's nationally recognized, award-winning Legacy Museum and National Memorial for Peace & Justice. Listen as EJI staff explain connections between the history of injustice and present-day challenges affecting education, such as disproportionate representation in special education, discipline referrals, the school-to-prison pipeline and more. Lunch is included. Register now.

School Supply Drive

Help AASB make a difference in the lives of area schoolchildren by participating in our annual school supply drive. Backpacks, notebooks, binders, crayons, pens, pencils -- you name it -- all will be donated to a local nonprofit organization to help ensure students are prepared for the classroom year-round.
