2026 Winter Convention ($299) | 8 hours | Registration opens Sept. 23.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Conference cancellations will incur a $75 fee. No cancellations or refunds after Thursday, Nov. 26.
- Any registrations not cancelled or no shows on the day of the event will be charged full price.
- A $20 late fee will be added to registrations after Nov 26.
Screen Time Restrictions ($109) | Thursday, Dec. 3 | 4 hours | Registration opens Sept. 23.

What You Need to Know
Location: AASB's Annual Winter Convention will take place at The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa
Registration: You must first register for Convention before booking your room at The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa. Details to book a room will be provided to those who register on Sept. 23 in a separate, direct e-mail from AASB the following day (Sept. 24). Please note those who register for Summer Conference after opening day will receive hotel booking information and details in their confirmation email as usual.
Cancellations: Please note, registrants will be charged a $75 fee for Convention cancellations. The deadline to cancel without being charged the full event price is November 26, 2026. Registrations not cancelled/no-shows on the day of the event will be charged full price.
Pre-Convention Workshop: The Screen Time Restrictions workshop will take place on Thursday, Dec. 3 from 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Lunch is included.
Delegate Assembly: AASB's annual business meeting will take place on Thursday, Dec. 3 at 5:30 p.m. Delegates will vote on AASB's president-elect as well as changes to our bylaws and resolutions that will govern the Association in 2027. All members are welcome to attend.
Academy Awards Luncheon: AASB will recognize its 2026 All-State School Board honorees.
