We're implementing a change to how attendees receive hotel booking information for the AASB Summer Conference this year. This change ensures that all first-day registrants have an equal opportunity to secure accommodations within our group room blocks. NEWProcess for 2025: Everyone who registers on March 12 will receive a separate, direct email from AASB the following day (March 13) containing:

Things To Know:
- Location: The Lodge at Gulf State Park, a Hilton hotel (NOTE: you must first register for the Conference before booking a room at the Lodge.)
- Schedule: Summer Conference will follow a single session schedule Friday through Sunday. Registrants MUST attend Friday, Saturday and Sunday's general sessions in order to receive full credit.
- School Law Clinic: The pre-conference workshop, School Law Clinic, will be Friday, June 20 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Lunch is included. Board members will receive 3.5 training hours.
- Exhibit Showcase: Be sure to take time to visit with the vendors participating in the AASB Exhibit Showcase. You'll learn more about a variety of products and services available to help your school systems operate more efficiently. Plus, you'll have an opportunity to win exciting prize drawings and giveaways.
- Training Hours: Earn up to 7 hours
